1. Cancellation and Refunds for Lessons

Lesson Bookings: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an individual lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend the lesson, the session will be charged and is non-refundable.

Teacher Cancellations: If a lesson is cancelled by Speak Fluent French with FLP, you can opt for a reschedule or a full refund.

2. Packages & Group Lessons

Once package or group course sessions have started, fees are non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw from a package or group course prior to the start date, please notify us so we can assist you. Refunds are not provided for partially completed packages.

3. Digital Products

All sales of digital materials (such as downloads, ebooks, or worksheets) are final. No refunds are available once access has been provided.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund in line with the above policy or discuss special circumstances, please contact us or email through our contact form. Be sure to include your booking or order details and reason for your request. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
